missingWrote a review on 29 Novpoor amenitiesdisappointing service
this hotel has potential, but seriously, where are the extra hooks in the bathroom? freezing every time I needed my towel. the feather pillows were a nightmare too, only one hypoallergenic pillow available. it’s shocking for a place like this! I really expected some royal treatment for the inconvenience but was left disappointed, almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The onsen was a perfect end to a day of exploring, and I loved the laundry facilities. However, I found the room a bit smaller than expected, but still cozy. I would definitely come back!

missingWrote a review on 14 Octgood coffeesmall roomspoor dining
Coffee was very good, though.
Rooms smaller than average with almost no storage space, even in superior rooms. The dining options left much to be desired. Attempts to secure a reservation in the restaurant failed for five straight nights, revealing that the hotel is understaffed. Breakfast offerings were bland and repetitive, with all fruit coming from tins rather than fresh. The air conditioning struggled to maintain a consistent temperature.

Perfect for families with children
The first thing that struck me was how smooth the check-in was! And the drink service on the reception floor? A really nice touch after a long day out. Plus, the tea set in the room was great, high-end tea bags and a beautiful iron teapot! Just what you'd want after a tiring day.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the overall experience, it felt acceptable.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the station and close to great eateries. We explored the Sanjusangen-do Temple and the nearby shops. The staff was super helpful, and the laundry facilities were a plus for our group. Breakfast had decent options.
One downside was the lack of storage space in the rooms, which made things a bit cramped for our group.
